Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Oasis wax studio has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you are unable to make the appointment please kindly notify us to reschedule/cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the booked service fee. Please be as courteous of my time as I am of yours. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. We require a valid credit card on hold for new clients in order to reserve an appointment time. You are not pre-paying for a service.
